1. Delivery countries

If the outer packaging of the perfume has been opened, we’re sorry — we cannot accept a return.This is because the product falls under items that are affected by use, according to the Ministry of Commerce policy.

2. Delivery time

  • UAE: 1 to 3 business days

  • Saudi Arabia: 5 to 7 business days

  • Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar: 7 to 9 business days

  • Rest of the world: Varies depending on the country and the shipping company

Any missing or incorrect delivery or shipping details, such as the city or area name, or failure to respond to the delivery courier, may result in delivery delays. The company will not be held responsible for any delays caused by these factors.

3. Shipping charges

The shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the address and region.

4. Important notes

  • We currently do not offer the cash on delivery option.

  • Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after payment confirmation.

  • Some shipments may be delayed during holidays or peak seasons, but we make sure to keep you informed of any delays.

5. Responsibility for address and delivery

Please make sure the delivery address and mobile number are accurate when placing your order. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or failure to receive the shipment, additional fees may be charged for reshipping.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification via email, and the order status will be updated in your personal account on the website. You can track your shipment step by step using the attached tracking number.
