1. Delivery countries
If the outer packaging of the perfume has been opened, we’re sorry — we cannot accept a return.This is because the product falls under items that are affected by use, according to the Ministry of Commerce policy.

Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar: 5 to 9 business days

3. Shipping charges
Free delivery within Saudi Arabia and the UAE on all orders valued at 175 SAR or more. For orders below that amount, shipping fees range from 16 to 25 SAR depending on the region.

Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after payment confirmation.

5. Responsibility for address and delivery
Please make sure the delivery address and mobile number are accurate when placing your order. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or failure to receive the shipment, additional fees may be charged for reshipping.

Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification via email, and the order status will be updated in your personal account on the website. You can track your shipment step by step using the attached tracking number.
